“We’re glad we found Marble Care Pros when we were searching for a company to clean our tile floors. We know for a fact the floors hasn’t been professionally cleaned in over 8 years, and it showed. There’s only so much you can do with a mop.

Frank was easy to speak with, and didn’t complicate things by using too many technical terms. He was able to give us a quote over the phone (based on floor size), and an appointment was set. On the day of the appointment, Frank was on time which was comforting. He walked through the room and explained the entire process in detail... and then he did his magic.

As you’ll see in the pictures we’ve posted, Frank was careful to mask off the walls to prevent the cleaner from being splashed onto them. Not only did Frank clean the tiles and grout, but he also sealed the grout. Due to the ‘dirtiness’ of the floors, the process took a few hours to complete. Seems long, but this included a drying period where Frank placed a couple of large industrial fans in specific spots to speed up the process. When all was said and done, the floors looked like they did when we first moved in. We were very impressed.

After Frank left, we had some additional questions regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the floor. Not only did Frank explain over the phone, but he went out of his way and drove back to our house to physically show us his preferred technique, while also providing us with a bottle of his preferred cleaner/sealer (Stone Pro Crystal Clean). Now that’s customer service!
